Jack Bond
Co-Founder
Jack has served in public safety since 2005 and has been a Nationally Registered
Emergency Medical Technician since 2008. Over a decade with Laguna Beach Marine
Safety, he worked as an ocean lifeguard, rescue-watercraft operator, dispatcher,
supervisor, and junior lifeguard coordinator, managing emergency response and ocean
rescue operations on one of California's busiest coastlines.
A career firefighter with a major metropolitan fire department since 2015, Jack
has spent the past five years assigned to marine operations as a fireboat firefighter
and rescue scuba diver — planning for, and responding to, emergencies in complex,
high-risk environments.
Mohammad Soubra
Co-Founder
Mohammad is a ten-year veteran firefighter with a major metropolitan fire
department and has been a Nationally Registered EMT for fourteen years. He has served
communities from South Los Angeles to the San Fernando Valley and currently works as
a Firefighter/Engineer, responsible for driving and operating fire apparatus and
supporting incident operations.
He is also co-founder of Nara Risk Management, where he serves as a subject matter
expert in wildfire operations and risk assessment, helping develop data-driven tools
that improve how wildfire risk is evaluated for residential properties.
